After four kids, ten moves and nearly two decades, we are still blissfully in love (most of the time) and I found myself back in the state I was born and raised in. It has definitely been a journey. In fact, on our 18th anniversary we pulled the last of our stuff up over the pass and into Montana, leaving our surprise love, Idaho, behind. But Montana is a great place. The last best place according to some. And we fully intend to explore as much of it as we can! Join us on our continued adventure through life, love and other stuff that comes with it.

My kids are so weird

Yes, that is a tiara on her post-bath towel head. And yes, those pajamas are almost two sizes two small.

Yes, she is salting her baby. Apparently it needs a bath. And today she wore her black tights and brown shoes with that dress, too. (Just like at her birthday party.)

I don't know where they get it.

Okay. Maybe I do. But you can't prove it.

Ok, if you had boys, here are some of the things you could look forward to. Coming home and seeing pheasant feathers sticking out of the hinge side of the door of the refrigerator. Not wanting to look out the window, for fear of what you might see....boys flying off of high things with their bikes, climbing way too high in the tree. Lots of attempts to 'fix' things, and not always successful. You see alot of blood with boys. You do not let them have sticks, chain saws or sharp objects. I know there were many times they said, "Don't tell mom about this. "Be happy you have girls. But really, boys are alot of fun too.

Pheasant feathers?!

They were the tail feathers and still on the pheasant. They just put the whole pheasant in the fridge.
