After four kids, ten moves and nearly two decades, we are still blissfully in love (most of the time) and I found myself back in the state I was born and raised in. It has definitely been a journey. In fact, on our 18th anniversary we pulled the last of our stuff up over the pass and into Montana, leaving our surprise love, Idaho, behind. But Montana is a great place. The last best place according to some. And we fully intend to explore as much of it as we can! Join us on our continued adventure through life, love and other stuff that comes with it.

What every little girl needs

I love this picture.

I love this picture for lots of reasons. This particular picture says an incredible amount about our family, particularly the daddy in the family. He's one in a million. And he makes this family what it is. He'd do about anything for any one of his girls, me and his mother included. That's the kind of man I married.

And this is one very simple example of what he does for his girls.

It was dubbed "double decker" by a passing tourist during our last trip to Yellowstone. And most of the rest of the hike was up hill. He said he was a little stiff the next day. But again, that just tells you what a great guy he really is.

No, he's not available. But thanks for asking.
