After four kids, ten moves and nearly two decades, we are still blissfully in love (most of the time) and I found myself back in the state I was born and raised in. It has definitely been a journey. In fact, on our 18th anniversary we pulled the last of our stuff up over the pass and into Montana, leaving our surprise love, Idaho, behind. But Montana is a great place. The last best place according to some. And we fully intend to explore as much of it as we can! Join us on our continued adventure through life, love and other stuff that comes with it.

A little bit more snow
The last couple days we got about a foot of new snow. And a bunch of wind to go with it.
And the snow blower threw its chain again.
I love this guy.
And we both appreciate the neighbor who happened by with his big snow blower and took care of us. I hope he liked his oatmeal raisin cookies we sent him home with.
We have quite a bit more snow than they do even in town. It's just where we live. We've been in the 20s recently. Last week it was up to 34. Yes, it's doable. After the wind stops.
I walked out to the driveway from the garage and I'm facing the road. The piles are too big to see over from the garage. And there's that tree. But yes, we do need a tractor WITH a snow blower! A REAL snowblower. Brent came in after the neighbor came and his term was "bad a$$ machine," I believe.

Nice! I can't believe how much snow you guys get there. What are your average temps? It looks so much more doable to be outside than it is here.

Is this taken from your garage door? I think you need my tractor and a snow blower for it!
